1. How do I return an item?

Product(s) can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact our customer care along with the Order number(s).

If you think, you have received a wrong product or in a bad condition please email us mentioning your Order ID along with the product images. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

We can align the reverse pickup for two times from our logistic partner. In case the reverse pickup gets cancelled twice, then you need to self-send the product(s) from your end.

Following products shall not be eligible for return:

· Perfumes

· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product and tag at the time of delivery.

· Any item that has been worn or washed.

We may ask you to share images of the Product, Tag Intact and Packaging to facilitate the return process during the sales.


1. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed and credited in your account within 15-20 working days from the date of a courier being received in our warehouse. 

Note:- Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

In case of refund, if the total order value, after return comes out to be below Rs.2000/-, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund value.

In self-send process, the courier charges are not reimbursed.


1. What are the shipping charges on International orders?

Kazo charges USD 6 for all international orders irrespective of the order size. Orders above USD 100 will be shipped free.

2. How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

For International Shipping, the average delivery time is 7-10 days depending on the country of residence

3. What delivery methods do you use?

All International orders are sent through Aramex

4. How do International duties and taxes work?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost as it varies from country to country

6. How do I cancel my international order?

Please note that your order can only be canceled before we have dispatched it to you (normally 24 hours). We have no way of canceling it once it is dispatched from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on customercare@kazo.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours. If the product cancellation is requested and it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order if it is within Indian boundaries, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.

7. What is the return policy for International Orders?

For all international orders, customers must return the products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to the following address A-5, Sector 64, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301 India. Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 5-8 business days.

8. How do international taxes work?

Any import duties or related taxes are unpaid at the time of placing the order and need to be paid by the Customer at the time of receiving the order Any such charges are levied by the local Customer authorities, and we at Kazo, don’t have any control over it 

9. What if I don't want to pay my international duties and taxes?

If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made

Please note that International Shipping cost will not be refunded.


Terms and conditions

  1. The product/ products cannot be exchanged or returned under any specific circumstances after the purchase of the product has been made.
  2. We shall be under no liability for any failure or exchange of product/ products when specified if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Kazo is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the product and hence will not be responsible for exchange or refund.
  4. Kazo is not liable for any damage or sustainability of the product once a specific product/ product is/ are purchased.
  5. If the wrong product is received, kindly share the images of the product on customercare@kazo.com within 3 days from date of delivery.
